Here is one that I received TTM back in the 1990's that is not stamped.

Can you make a better scan? That looks like a preprint, and uninscribed...

I no longer have the photo but it was definitely hand signed.  The signature looks "flat" in this scan but, in hand, it was indented, on the photo, and live ink...not a preprint.
