John Lydon doesn't celebrate birthdays, but that doesn't mean you can't.

John will sign 1300 limited edition and numbered cards, with one sent as a free gift for any PiL box set pre-ordered on Recordstore, while stocks last. The cards are embossed with a super gloss finish and measure 148mm x 210mm (A5), and all the boxsets have been specially discounted to mark the occasion.

If you're interested in the CD Box Set version instead of the Deluxe one, the shipping to the US is <$17. I don't know Recordstore's threshold that requires Courier delivery, but the Deluxe set seems to be above it, while the others aren't.
