Looks good to me, but again, it needs a sharp photo that's not a low-quality JPG.

+1 I was about to write you back Jason but saw that Steve had said what I was going to. Much larger pics and sharper needed. I'd also try to put a year on that photo in the meantime.

I don't see any authenticity concerns with this SP. Ask for photos front and back out of the Toploader and taken at a slight angle from the right or left so you can get a better idea of the condition. The angle will give you a better idea of the depth of creases and other wear.
