Hi everyone, I recently bought two autographes from Randy's Cabin Online Auctions. After the purchase I found out that they were absolutely fake because I sent a picture of them to a qualified authenticator. the two items are not been shipped yet so I'm asking you if anyone knows how to have the money back, if it is actually possible.

Thanks.

Did you pay for these via Paypal or credit card?

I paid with credit card via Paypal but I wasn't registred in Paypal yet, so I actually don't have any protection. In your opinion, what if I ask for the right of withdrawal to Randy's? Or are there any alternatives?

Thank you a lot for your help.

You can try to convince Randy's to refund your money especially since it has not been mailed yet. This may work especially if they know you are going to file a complaint with your credit card company. If they don't cooperate, contact your credit card company and they are usually very good at stopping a transaction. You do have recourse.

Ok then I'll try in that way.

Thanks.

You are still protected through your credit card company.

Yes, they have the final say so in a dispute.

In the same boat, bought a randy rhoads autograph on a card made in 1991, he had covered the back of the card that says 1991 in the listing, I’m beyond aggravated, started a PayPal dispute today. Fingers crossed for you.

I also had it re evaluated in Australia. Anyone have any info on VSautographs ?

Well I got my refund guys! He even admitted it may not be Randy’s signature, which begs the question...why was it authenticated as such?
