Im a novice collector but might be interested in this Wizard of Oz cast autograph.

Can anyone tell me if this looks authentic?  the photos have a close up if that helps.

FAKE.........

Absolute rubbish!

Please post photos.

sorry - will do.   but by the replies from the other collectors, I will be avoiding this item and that website.

Here is the photo you requested.   I have been convinced to avoid this purchase.

Autographsauthenticationstore.com is owned and run by Brian Burkel, reportedly a convicted felon who years ago owned the notorious AutographsAmerica.com. I have never seen an autograph offered by one of Burkel's businesses that I felt had even the most remote chance of being genuine.

Autographs America used to be a supplier to Antiquities of Nevada in Caesar's Palace, Antiquities of Calif., which used to be on Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, and other dealers, but sold untold thousands or tens of thousands of forgeries to fans and collectors.

oh interesting to know.  thanks!  does your site offer recommendations of where to buy authentic autographs?

You can ask members if they’ve seen what you’re looking for and see if they can help you. A Wizard of Oz LP signed like that may not even be known, I don’t know.

i see on the right side of the site is a company called "history for sale".   Are they good? (ie authentic) ?

History of Sale is a reputable seller. It still best to be diligent before buying from any source. No one is perfect.

these are hideous fakes
