Looks off to me - perhaps one of his employees. Phil Sears is the go-to man for Disney signatures.

Al, you posted a great Disney to study. I spent a lot of time on this...it's not an easy one for me.
I think that it may be a real autograph that Walt signed with heavier pressure and with less flair than his usual ones, perhaps to stand out better against the black, or to be easier for a child to read.
If this is being offered to you at a bargain price, there's a high chance it's forged. And that it's a French printing sends up red flags too. They're much rarer signed than US printings.
If it's being offered for fair money, then I think it's worth getting the opinion of Phil Sears. As Eric said, he's the most respected person on Disney autographs. He'll give you an opinion you can count on for $35.
BTW, the "Good Luck" salutation concerns me the most.
