in terms of the Merchbay orders, isn't it simply that the first ones were signed, then when they ran out they reverted to unsigned?    They are a portal to loads of artist's merch.

The fact that they still haven't sold out is a bit concerning. I went ahead and cancelled the Merchbar order after their shenanigans, but I'm sitting on the order straight from the Bon Jovi store.

i cancelled mine or merchant because they gave me a response they didn’t know if they were signed or not when i asked them after i bought them . now they told me they will request the cancellation but can’t guarantee it. i’m mad!!

Thank you for contacting Merchbar Fan Support! We sincerely apologize that you are confused if the Bon Jovi 2020 Poster is signed. I am also a customer like you, and buying online without the signed version of my favorite artist can be an upsetting situation.
