Gene Wilder

A great idea just came to me - I am going to ask the forums opinion BEFORE I buy! Any thoughts on this Gene Wilder? I looked at some examples of his signature and did not see any closed *Gs* like this - but no two signatures look alike. Joe W. - I hope you see this; I read your previous opinions on Gene and know you have a few of his. The *R* does not slant like your examples, but pass or buy? Thanks!

I was fortunate to get a personal item signed by this brilliant actor at his book signing in Dallas. I waited near the signing area of a Barnes & Noble when I believe you were expected to leave the upstairs after getting your book, with the escalator right next to the area (or elevator if needed.) This was the new book only signing but as soon as the last person left and he and the handlers were to leave, I stepped up to the ropes by table with my photo and asked him. I don’t recall him saying anything but I was thrilled to add him to this Young Frankenstein photo with Teri already from a lunch speaking event. If I ever get around to framing it, I picked up an index of Peter Boyle to do so with.
