Me too. I was soooo close to buying the Opix signing for like $229 I think it was. Can't believe I got one for $40. This is probably the coolest autograph preorder I have gotten. I'm really excited I've wanted his autograph for years just couldn't pull the trigger for $229.

I was going to give in and get one this time because I'm nervous with his health conditions he won't be able to sign and then I'll never get one. But the only reason I didn't was because I planned to get a delorean die cast signed, and I couldn't find a nice one that wasn't crazy expensive (like $150-200 or more). So with that, shipping, and autograph cost it would have been like $500. So I was kind of heartbroken since BTTF has been my favorite movie since I was a kid, but I passed on it. Now I don't feel so bad about missing that. Can't believe I got this for $40, and I needed good news since my dad passed away yesterday. Still really upset but any small bright spot helps. I wish I had ordered 2 my friend would have loved one but I'm thankful I got one at least.

I almost pulled the trigger for his graph at official pix, I think it was...anyway..i am super stoked as well..

Thanks, I appreciate it, it's definitely rough, trying to keep my mind off it so this helps a little.

I guess it was a good thing we both hesitated on the Official Pix one. I seen quite a few were doing signings, RACC had one, backtothefuture.com had one but I think Official Pix had the best prices. (Still really expensive). Id love to get a BTTF cast signed delorean but for the price this is even better to me since I would have trouble spending like $1000 for a cast signed piece. Maybe someday but this definitely holds off the urge for now.

My sincere condolences. I lost my dad when I was 25 and my mom in 2019 when I was 50. It's not easy but it changes - then the good memories come. Please take good care of yourself. :) Talking helps - at least it did for me.

Just seen this, thanks a lot, I greatly appreciate it and I'm sorry for your loss as well. This is my first time losing a parent so its a new feeling just trying to stay busy and keep my mind occupied. It hurts but I'm sure it will get better with time. Thanks again it is good to know what to expect a bit.

And sorry didn't want to turn this into a topic about me, but I do appreciate the kind words and advice.

What time did you purchase yours at if you don’t mind me asking? I bought about an hour before they removed the yellow “available” banner so I’m curious if I’ll get a notification as well.

I actually sent them an email asking if I was getting a signed copy and they responded to my inquiry that I was.

I received this email yesterday without asking as to whether the book was signed. I wonder if that decided to send out the notice because they were getting a number of inquiries.
