Hi there, any opinions on this would be appreciated. I have already bought it as I trust the seller but as you know that means nothing and I am no expert, If its definitely fake I won't waste any more money by sending it for a Roger Epperson certificate. Thanks.

This is fake. Prince stopped signing his autograph in the late 1980's and then signed with a symbol for a few years in the early 90's.   Try and get your money back.

Thanks for reply Bruce,  did he not make any exceptions? It was obtained by his security guard (i bet you all heard that one before :)

+1
Stories are just that - stories. The autograph must be real. This is not - he was not signing. Never make excuses for a graph.

Yes it seems that way, I have sent it to Roger but not expecting a positive outcome now, just have to learn from it, I broke every rule on this one, bought before any opinions on it, price too good to be true, and did no homework on it, plus believed a fairy story about a deceased friends estate being sold including personally signed autographs, its a horrible feeling.

Plus it is from the same person who sold that Bowie 99 signature last week remember it?

My PC is messed up - I can't see images here. Please send this '99 Bowie to my email for comment - magikbilly@yahoo.com
Thank you,
Eric :)

You already commented on it Eric, it was signed in Paris and you advised me to show it to Andy from Bowie autographs which I did, I don't think I have the image anymore as it was for a friend. Its already gone to the framers :) it was signed in thick silver pen.

Yes, I remember - Andy said it was good straight away despite the thick pen, yes?

Yes thats right Eric, thats why I bought it without getting a second opinion, it really is a minefield isn't it.

she sent this image which sealed it for me too...
