Hi guys. I'm a new member. My dad got me this Michael Jackson autograph in 1987. Do you think it's real???

So my father was quite a well known chef in a nice hotel in London. It wasn't rare for celebrities to stay at the hotel. Michael Jackson was there in the 80's. My father got me this autograph and I've had it on the wall for 30 years. Recently I tried to sell it on marketplace. It doesn't have a coa and people just called me a conman. I don't think my dad met Michael Jackson, so it's possible that it isn't real. Please give me your opinion

Not real IMO

100% fake. Terrible.

That's not good news. Do you mind if I ask what makes you so sure that it's not genuine?

Nothing about it looks authentic. So your question is invalid.

Questions aren't invalid, but I agree with your assessment.

Most of us do not go into why things are not authentic "Jean-Pierre" - mainly because we have forgers who show up to the forum to ask what is "wrong" with the forgeries they created.  They learn how to correct errors by us explaining.  Many of us are willing to steer you in the right direction if your looking for something authentic - (ask openly on the forum though, don't just talk to folks privately as you may be steered wrong privately by a forger).

Your autograph does not even look like the secretarials (signed by Michaels staff)  from back in the day, so not sure where this item came from or who signed it but it wasn't MJ.

Poor forgery.

I think Bubbles could do a better job ;-)

In this image with 4 pics, you have 2 legit sigs (the color photos) and one secretarial  (Bad) and I can't see the USA for Africa one.
