Definitely not real IMO. If it was real it would be a steal at $7,500. How much is it?
20% off brings it down to $405.10.
I agree with Steve. Not real, unfortunately.
Ok. Thank you. It was listed for $405.10 from RR. I’m no expert but I do have a Jimi Hendrix Laser autograph on my 2015 Hendrix Stratocaster and the “J” looked off to me. That’s why I came here. That’s too bad. I thought it was cheap as half the signature can’t be seen. Dang. Thank you!
You’re welcome. Jimi was a good signer so there are a lot of authentic examples out there along with a ton of forgeries. Of course, the demand is really high.
Thanks again. I appreciate it. I just bought the life magazine 1969 issue where that photo was from. What’s the going price for a plain real autograph?
Something like a signed autograph book page would be $2,000-$3,000+.
Gabe,
Please post a link to it. RR Auction is a respected auction house that handles mostly autographs. They may be using the RR name to play off that respect.
I just posted the link. The seller said it’s from an Hendrix fan signed in September of 70. The magazine signed on it is from October 69. He had a story. The ink was old etc...
Thanks Gabe,
I didn’t see one Autograph by the seller that I thought was genuine and most ridiculously cheap prices. They had an Einstein for about $400 that would be over $10,000 if real.
In case members want to take a look, here’s a link to all of their autographs on Etsy:
