All of the descriptions for the "Indie Exclusive" version end with the tag (Auto)? I'm guessing they're autographed? Doesn't look like his signatures sell for crazy numbers, so might not be worth the risk without more info?

I saw somebody else get one that was completely smeared so I know for sure a autopen machine didn't do that.

Your two are different, so that's how you know it's not an autopen. But in general, an autopen signature can be smeared just like a legitimate signature.
