Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers vintage 8x10s

Hello, I recently acquired a large lot of vintage photos, and these two Astaire/Rogers 8x10s were included.  I'm inclined to think that these are pre-printed autographs, but am not 100% sure.  Any opinions would be greatly appreciated.

Both are fan pre-prints I've seen others of these before (nice images, though!).
