Looks to be the work of Beatles road manager, Neil Aspinall. He signed hundreds...if not thousands of items on behalf of The Beatles...

I believe that the Ringo signature is authentic. The rest appear to be by Neil.

The signatures are nearly indecipherable (washed-out), it's hard to tell what's legit and what isn't.
