Buying my first Roger Waters - Does this look authentic?

Hi everyone, I am new to the group. I am looking to get my first autographed item. I have my eye on a Roger Waters from the John Brennan collection because I heard good things. I know he is on Ebay and RR auctions. But I found the same item on all sites, including his own site. This says it has a Beckett certificate but I heard mixed reviews about them. Here is the pic

As Waters has signed so very much there is no reason to buy such a low quality item

$350 is WAY WAY too much - it should be $125 at best with such a poor example.
