So what do you guys think?  I thought it looked pretty close to the PSA database, but I've heard the forgers got pretty good with Neil.

You definitely want to have it authenticated by Steve Zarelli at Zarelli Space Authentication.  An email opinion is $12 and if that comes back positive it is well worth the $100 to have Steve provide a written COA.  It's a $3K- $4K signed litho if authentic. 

+1. Not an Autopen. He did have some NASA secretarials. The signature does not touch the flag which is a good sign but certainly not definitive. Steve will surely know. His service is excellent.
