I have her "Greatest Hits Chapter One" CD signed, I was very lucky and got it signed during her concert! :-D I got the "Meaning Of Life" CD signed from her web store.

I guess that it's just the signature on the thanks page or similar, like many artists do. I can't imagine her flipping so many booklets to sign on that space lol
