Here is my Barnes and Noble autopen, a different variant...located the same on ebay. There was no autographed sticker on the cover...

yah that was mine too

Called Barnes and noble, was hard to explain the situation and kept being put on hold but they are sending me a replacement, but couldn't guarantee it won't be the same autopen, gave me a ups label to ship out probably gonna say f-u and give this copy away.

I was so salty that I returned the book to my local Barnes and Noble the next day. I will not support him after this experience. Good luck to you though! I hope you get a real one. ☘️

I complained like crazy to B&N about that pitiful autopened signed book and they sent me one that I presume is authentic (as I see the raised ink). I still can’t believe they are being pawned off on eBay for close to $100 and they all look the same. I have no idea if Robby knows how salty people are and not sure if he cares that he will lose some fans but The Doors music is timeless.

I got 2 of the photocopied/printed autographs and sent them back but I still love Robby and the music. Nothing will change that. I was just really looking forward to this one.

Received my Barnes and nobles replacement, looks real, can't imagine them making an autopen of this s***. And a******* shipped it in a padded envelope via UPS, corners are dinged and slip cover scuffed...aint sending them back the autopen one.

Looks legit with a ball point pen used. This guys signature is all over the place. You know they sign their name nice and legible on the endorsement side of checks but for us we get chicken scratch.

I saw an interview with Robby on YouTube in which he mentions signing these.... thousands over a few weeks. A guy in his mid-70's sitting down and signing so many one after another definitely lends itself to having a rushed and sloppy signature (that even not rushed isn't the most legible to begin with).

I'm thinking I'll wait awhile and see if a personalized inscribed one to shows up on ABE.

Any clue re authenticity of this one please?   Its from the first consignment of UK signed editions from Waterstones.  Not too sure about the dot at the end of the g

Mine  has a little line where your dot is it s definitely  hand signed as mine is different  to  yours let's hope it's by robbie

My Waterstons copy is definitely signed with quite a dry ballpoint or rollerball pen. Also hype label to book jacket, signed by Author. It looks like the paper was tipped in the book after signing, slight tell-tail creasing from paper expanding due to adhesive. Very well done though and beats those stickered labels.
