Frank Sinatra -Opinions needed please-real or not

I would love to buy this signature but the seller wants £500....A lot of money to pay for a fake....Any help would be gratefully received.

"Foxing" - a nice way of saying mold. The other cause can be iron or other things in the paper itself. But the mold - it will find fingerprints and start dining and growing. Paper conservation can help. The autograph page is being eaten in front of you!

Update. This signature just sold on eBay for $555.41 plus shipping. Sounds about right for this item.
