They did include this COA so I thought it was okay but I know how COA's don't really confirm much

I just purchased it last week on eBay via PayPal from Frolic Gallery. They have 100% Feedback rating and a score of 2,665 so I thought it was authentic. With their rating, zero negative feedback and the ACA Grading COA I thought it was a good purchase.

I just received it Wednesday.

It is common for forgers to have good feedback.

You're fully protected by eBay and PayPal.

Get a Quick Opinion from PSA/DNA or a Signature Review from Beckett Authentication (BAS) for $10 or so. You'll post a link to the auction listing or give them the listing number and they'll give you an opinion from looking at the listing that you can show to eBay and PayPal to help you get a refund.

Once you have their opinion that it's likely not genuine, start the process to get your refund. One of their opinions that the item is not real is generally all you need.

Happy to help. Getting a refund for a fake autograph is a win for all honest collectors. I'd be shocked if either service thought it was likely real.

Thank you so, so much! I just completed an order for the PSA quick opinion so we’ll see how that goes. Really disappointed more so because it was a birthday gift for someone who’s a big Elvis fan and I really wanted to give her something extra special.
