I've sent an email off to the store themselves asking whether or not it is a signed sleeve or signed insert like the rest of the stores up, but I have a sneaking feeling this will be a signed sleeve due to the connecting location with where the band come from! :D

Agree.

First I  hope Paul will sign it and not the new drummer Audrey (nothing personal against her , it just that she was not a part of any of the songs in album).

Second, only townsendmusic.store mention the lyrics book (they also have a photo of it ).

Recordstore does signed art print (uk only). as I  get the message :

So now I'm wondering what monorail have ,as they don't mention signed print nor lyric book

Monorail signed red ones are long gone.
and found also this on reddit (from Sparklingbombs):

Monorail Say " not sure 100% it will be the signed sleeve but If it's not the sleeve we'll announce in good time so that you can cancel."

As it is released in less than a month, I wrote monorail about the signed vinyl and got an answer (after 2 minutes!):
Hi, the sleeve will be signed.

the black ones are still available there, I am happy I got 2! one to use and one to keep closed.
