Hi all,
This is the pride of my Prince collection, but obviously I've always wanted to ensure it's authentic.
I purchased it online in 1998 from a memorabilia store in Michigan called Jock N Roll. Unfortunately there's nothing available online about the store - it's probably been gone a long time. To support its authenticity, it came with a COA and a letter of support (addressed to me - my name/address is in the top part that has been redacted).
It seems real to me based on other autographs, but wanted to get others' opinions. Would people recommend I get it certified? By who/which company?

Actually found this about the company - gone since 2003.
Sorry man. Not even close to authentic.
This is a clear forgery -- sorry.
Have to agree with the others, this is not authentic
This is unfortunatly a fake signature.
2 learn more about Prince real Prince signatures U can go 2 the group "Prince Signatures Group" on FB. There U can look at the biggest collection of real signatures on the net and compare with yours.
That COA is unfortunatly also fake!
Thanks all - disappointing, but obviously helpful. I didn't pay much back in 1998, so not the end of the world...
I think it's always a red Flag when the item comes with a Backstage Pass to give it more Credibility. Especially when the Pass is unused and looks brand new and there is no handwritten Date or Venue on it. In my Experience there are always handwritten or embossed Informations on such Passes especially on Tours of High Profile Artists like Prince.
