I bought the book. It came with no Autograph from their site. Still waiting for a response from them. The packing slip says "My Life in Dire Straits"-Autographed But there's no NO Autograph! waiting patiently!

Don’t understand why they shipped an unsigned book from Latvia (that’s where my shipping originated). Why is this so difficult???
Growing increasingly irritated with all this as expressed elsewhere. Can’t think of any other line of retail that so consistently results in receiving wrong / damaged / not as described items.
