Opinions on this Sinatra?

I was pleasantly surprised to find this in a $6 scrapbook I purchased.  The “k” made me think it is secretarial, but other aspects make me wonder.  

Thoughts?

I believe this "k" should appear an "h". Slow and odd. Secretarial.

Yeah...secretarial, unfortunately (although the secretary was somewhat decent!).
