Is the Merchtable Customer support any good? 

I just placed my first order with Merchtable , I put my full address on the checkout - checking my Delivery address on the order confirmation it just has my name and city and nothing else......

They've been around for a reasonable time. Not had any problem with them in terms of receiving orders

I asked as on my confirmation order they just have my name and city - nothing else so the likelihood of the order arriving is slim - i wanted to know if they actually reply on there customer service - as alot don't.
