Music Teacher’s Birthday Book Signed By All 4 Beatles

One of the more unique items I’ve seen signed by the Beatles.  This is a leather bound birthday book owned by a a former music teacher that has been signed by many musicians including the 4 Beatles. Each Beatle has signed the book on the date of their birth.  Interesting item. Any other thoughts?

Thankyou,  it will be belated though. Mine was 3 weeks ago. Referring  to John Lennon's today.
