I feel its best for all of us who ordered through Interpunk to have a separate organized post related to our purchases with Interpunk.

I've created this thread because of the countless amount of reviews for Interpunk, spanning many years, of customers not receiving their items. If they are lucky enough to ever receive a reply, they are given bogus store credit which causes another runaround. However, there have been a few instances reported where customers do end up receiving their items but usually not without a fight. I feel its best to band together as a community, everyone who made this purchase, please contribute with a post to show how strong we are to aid in this potential fight. My plan is to have something in place to show Interpunk that we will not stand for this. I will contact them and send a direct link to this thread once there is activity. I suggest everyone do the same

Yeah I didn't say anything because I know most of the time it's best to not contact them and to just wait it out, but after reading all the reviews about this being a scam site,  Friday I sent a polite message just asking if there was an expected ship date, and of course still no response 5 days later. so just now I sent a much less polite message which I also expect to be ignored, but I'll give it 2 days and if I don't hear anything then it's claim time.

I cancelled on their website today after getting just a VM when I called. The website shows cancelled and refund being issues but I didn't get an email confirmation of the canellation nor any indication of a refund thru PayPal (which I understand can take days).

yeah, I think I will just file the claim through Paypal and let them handle it because I wouldn't trust this guy to refund.

The terms on the website say if you cancel that you are issued store credit.  Which is useless if a company never ships.

From the website:

    • How do I cancel an order?

On the order status screen you will see the option to click on to cancel your order. If your order is about to ship, the cancel order option may not be shown. If this is the case, click “Ask us a question about this order“ from your order status screen and we will try to cancel the order before it ships. If your payment has already been processed and you want to cancel your order, we will issue you store credit on your Interpunk account.
Best to just contest with Paypal or credit card.

Google lists the address as 203 German School Rd, Richmond, VA 23224 but this is wrong based on pictures. I cant make out the name but it seems to be a medical business

I looked it up and it seems like Interpunk is on the left side of the building and roberts home medical is in the middle

Im really hoping this thread gets more attention and we can raise awareness. Based on what has been happening for years now, someone has to figure out a way to put interpunk out of business for good.. otherwise this scam will only continue.

I agree. Seems like it used to be a legit business but now it’s absolutely not. Such a scam of a site and needs to be shut down

I'm willing to do whatever I can but I cant do it alone. if anyone has other thoughts, please post. If anyone stumbles upon this thread from an outside link and has actually received an order, please post the return address. whatever information you can provide will help.

It does seem best to file a claim directly with Paypal but if you did cancel on their website, don't freak out. just don't use those imaginary funds to place another order
