Probably. I have never heard of him being authentic ttm. It is possible that with some older requests he signed in the 1980s or 1990s that he may had been authentic here or there but I know by the time he was doing the Apprentice he was secretarial ttm. I never seen any authenticated from his early days except the occasional letter. 

Donald Trump had has several secretaries sign for him... some obvious and some relatively convincing.

That said, I think it's likely this signed card is good, as well as the two other examples you showed. This is how he signed when Art of the Deal first came out. Pen type is also what he favored.
