Has anyone who sent back copies received refunds yet? Mine was received back on 2nd September, no refund, no response from "Amy"

I sent 3 vinyl back on the 29th of August and emailed the receipt of postage and not heard a thing back yet. I've emailed today to enquire as to when the refund will be processed, if I hear nothing back in the next couple of days I'll go through my bank,

Yes My bank (Lloyds) say you have to wait 14 days (In the UK) Until they will start a chargeback - to give them chance to put it right......

I chased mine up yesterday and got a refund confirmation about 2 hours later.

After getting nowhere with polite emails I opened up a paypal dispute , I received my refund the very next day.

So, I received my order yesterday. I ordered the CD and it was early on right when it was posted for sale on Banquet. Let me guess
, I got the dodgy one right? I think so.
