Hello it's me again on the hunt for a ramones autograph, there is no COA and Christmas is coming up and wanted to get one hopefully, this one cost over $500 and was apparently signed in 1999 at the Virgin center thing. Any input will be appreciated and if it's not worth the risk let me know and I'll wait for another one to come around.

This is good! All members appeared at this event and all have signed. I was there in NYC that day. They signed for hours and made sure everybody got a signed CD!

Thanks for the good news and your input, I appreciate it! I'll purchase it if it's still there when I can. Also sweet story that's awesome you were there!!

I Pulled the trigger on it Richard! I'm so excited!!!

Hi Mike,

I am very happy you got this! :-)

Thanks Eric super happy!!

Hey Eric what should I do next, Contact ACOA again? Also does it look good to you as well? I trust Richard too he comments on alot of ramones stuff.

It depends how much you want to put into this. If I did not say it before I will now. Authenticity really should be established to your liking before purchase.

Yeah you did I remember and I do feel good about this one, it's got free returns as well, he guaranteed it to pass any authentication or ill get my money back. I haven't been searching the internet as heavy as the last one. You're the guy that helps me alot so I wanted your opinion on it too becausei trust you, I purchased it after Richard said good.

Item failed I'm thinking about returning it all I need is the other people's opinions here because it seems like a strange situation. It's like I can't catch a break with this s***. Only Tommy passed the rest failed, the seller said it's 1000% real and said he'd share the photo with me when he gets it authenticated by JSA.

I am surprised that they failed it.

All signatures are 100% genuine in my opinion. I have many in person and these are spot on.

What do you think I should do? They said the same exact reasoning as last time which makes no sense to me, this is a big purchase for me and I want advice on what to do with it because if I want a refund I need to send it back soon. I messaged ACOA i don't know if they will respond, I don't want something with 1 authentic signature and all the rest be fake, it ruins it for me. Apologies for the long response I'm just torn on what to do, they all have the same shine to them too when the light hits right.

Unfortunately, this is the inherent problem with buying any autograph from a stranger… unless you witness the signing, you just will never be 100% sure. Authenticators make mistakes all the time, and I strongly doubt their expertise with the Ramones. You have two choices, forget about the failed authentication, or return it and continue your search. Other great Ramones items are out there, where every member is on one piece. It just takes time. I spent 20 years looking for the right John Lennon and I’m glad I waited. Good luck!
