Ramones signed real or fake?

Hello it's me again on the hunt for a ramones autograph, there is no COA and Christmas is coming up and wanted to get one hopefully, this one cost over $500 and was apparently signed in 1999 at the Virgin center thing. Any input will be appreciated and if it's not worth the risk let me know and I'll wait for another one to come around.

The nice thing is the clear signatures with good contrast and placement. It's a nicer item.

Hey Eric thanks! I like it too being it's not faded and I actually want to read the book! I looked at a couple pages but i wanted to be delicate. These are fresh pictures I just got it in the mail and sending pics to ACOA.

@Tom it wouldn't let me reply I want to hear from ACOA why they failed it but everyone else here says it's real, and Richard comments on alot of Ramones stuff and autographs for that matter so I trust him more. The signed book i do like because i was mainly looking for a Joey autograph but saw this one so i pulled the trigger on it being it had most of the members. Should i maybe post some close ups here to double check?

Now the Ebay seller got a message back from ACOA but I still haven't... and im the one that payed for the authentication,what the heck? they said it looked slow and shaky and that they'd call the seller on some day.
