Yes, it is a secretarial. Can you show any exemplars or point to any characteristics that would indicate the OP is authentic? You are making the claim with no evidence. I have shown what I can so far.

This is not even a good fake. There are so many characteristics that are immediately seen that let you now it is clearly fake, especially if you are familiar with legitimate Eastwood signatures.

I have highlighted, roughly, what I see as problem areas in the OP. There are others shown previously ("Clint" etc). The "E" on authentic examples has a much larger upper half loop than lower, unlike the OP, and the second area shown does not align with known exemplars.

I just looked at over 200 authentic exemplars at RR and PSA and I have not found one with the dot of the "i" in "Clint" inside the loop of the "E". Perhaps not conclusive, but not a good sign.
