Pet Shop Boys - Nonetheless Signed Choice of Album + Limited Edition Print New Album

Pet Shop Boys announced the forthcoming release of their brand new studio album, “Nonetheless”, on Parlophone Records on April 26.
The album can now be pre-ordered, which (for Europe and UK stores) will also give access to priority tickets for a very special run of five PSB shows at London’s Royal Opera House from July 23 – 27. The first single from the album, “Loneliness”, is available digitally now and will be released as a CD single on February 16. Link to pre-order and listen below.
Limited Edition Print: Hand numbered out of 1,500 worldwide. Printed on 270gsm card. 500mm x 550mm.

sold out but if i go for the ticket option will they still ship out the cd to a uk address or is it collection at the venue/store?

That's what the site says:

Shipping is the only option for this event, TICKETS will ship out first around a week before the event  ALBUMS will ship out will follow separately on or just before Friday 26th April

There is NO collect at venue or Collect in store option all ticket and stock will be shipped out.

I've seen on twitter someone had a dispatch email two hours ago. Someone else yesturday.

I've seen a support request email but says 3 days response time.

I do wonder which record labels deliver on release date anymore.

still with sender here, when I asked the response I got was allow 24 hours for tracking to update, my understanding of that is for when no updates appear not when first update shows still with sender. Warner Music never fails to be a failure.

The term dispatch and Warner Music do not go well together, it still says with sender with the dispatch yesturday.

All I get is a generic allow 24 hours for the tracking to update. (Surely that is before any tracking info actually does appear?).

Warner Music how do they still operate, Gorillaz and Pet Shp Boys is a total mess with the shop.

Years ago the Gorillaz shop took my money and order cancelled the order and refunded me an still shipped the order of a callandar and figure.They never replied and never contacted me.

With this it still says with sender and yet this morning I was told allow 24 hours for tracking to update, thats been 30 hours now and the tracking number has been active since April 23rd.
