Charles Chaplin autograph?

Hi

I would like to hear your opinions on this autograph. I have doubts:).

It comes with a COA from Aftal dealer number 145. None of the autograhs I brought previous with COA from this dealer passed authentication. Not the best sign:). The seller is a private seller not the aftal dealer:)

No, unfortunately that is not Chaplin's actual handwriting.  It almost looks like a cartoonish attempt.

Thanks for the feedback. I could not find any resemblance with the autograph for sale and authenticated autographs . Sometimes you just hope:).

I was just messaging with another member about a totally unrelated piece that was questionable in appearance.  We both agreed having both been there before.... sometimes we really do hope and just want it to be true!
