Hello, 

    Any chance someone has an opinion on this Mel Blanc signature. What's throwing me off a little is the lack of the loop in the "M" but maybe he signed differently in his early days, I don't know.

To be honest, the "M" doesn't throw it off for me so much as the "e".  Most of the time he seemed to make it look more like an upper case "E".

That "a" seems a bit overdone as well.

Thank you very much Eddy, you are totally correct about the "e"  I'll pass on this one. 

I think that's a good decision on this one!

The moment I saw it, I knew it wasn't Mel's based on the same reasons listed below. Individuals of Mel's generation were usually taught in school when writing in script to use a capital "E." I've seen it used in Judy Garland inscriptions, also the Duesenberg Car Company used capital E's.
