Is this Michael Jackson signed shirt real?

This recently came up a signed shirt by Michael Jackson the seller did have it in a bundle with a pair of MJ’s sunglasses with a frank casino COA but they recently took it out of a lot and put them on a bid separate from each other do you guys think it’s real (the shirt has no COA)

Not real IMO. Who is Frank Casino? I know he didn't issue the COA for this but I never have heard of him.
