I was considering snagging one of these. Nice little Signed postcard. Not familiar with his signature style. B&W has a celebrity memorabilia COA which means nothing. Take a look. The color photo has blue ink.

Looks like 3 different examples - which one are you contemplating buying?

Two different styles of "D" and now I am going to muddy the waters by adding a 3rd. This from his memoir Q, numbered limited edition so definitive for the time immediately before he died (ironically on his way home from a book-signing).

Although I prefer the color the b&w is probably the better choice. Here are 3 more examples of known genuine signatures.

That second TWINE is closest to my example. Don't like that first one - who "authenticated" that?

Those are from inkworks. They were a trading card company. Like upper deck. I believe they would go on site with a giant stack of cards and the person would sign them. You would buy packs and would have a chance of getting a signed card. I was into Yugioh back in those days. If I knew about them back in the day I would of bugged my parents for packs lol. His autographed inkworks cards are extremely expensive due to the fact he died shortly after TWINE. Autograph cards of his are quite rare and low print.

How about this one. Personalized. But I like it. Thoughts.

Is that glued down and with what?

I'm not sure. Looks like paper. I may pass. The seller has too many autos for cheap. Judi Dench for 8. Dollars. Come on. I know she is cheap. But not that cheap.

Hi Brandon,

I don't know anything about the signature, signer or value, but the glue could present as rippling in future depending on the type of glue and the papers. There is a good bit of shadow near the edges so hard to say just what is going on there.
