Does your confirmation say anything about it being a signed copy? Mine does not.

Don't worry about it, it's not your fault! I finally got a hold of the bookstore and they confirmed that the book is signed and they should be going out this week some time... Will report back if I hear anything else!

Glad to help and pleased it all worked out. I have had some great scores via the group, for which I am very grateful, so pleased to be able to pay it back to some degree.
