Well I'd be a Meathead if I didn't put the information out there and turn it up to 11 so a Few Good Men (and women) could pre-order this book from a legendary director so that they don't have to experience Misery of it selling out before you can buy it. Hopefully if you order it now it will be a Sure Thing.
