File a dispute with your credit card and may take some work but high chance you will get a full refund .

How slow was the returns shipping for everyone else? I had my returns entered into the system on the 3rd but doesn't show it will arrive until the 10th-13th. how slow is UPS! I've had international UPS quicker than that.

As previously noted your Missionary Exclusive Signed Vinyl has been verified as hand-signed by the artist. Unfortunately, as the item has been opened, we are unable to provide a return label or process a refund at this time, in accordance with our policy.
If you choose to file a dispute with your financial institution, please note that we will be unable to assist further while the dispute is active. Dispute resolutions through financial institutions typically take up to 90 days to be finalized.

I love how they’re hiding behind their “policy”. You can’t return your items because you’ve opened them and therefore we can commit fraud and get away with it. What a joke

Exactly, they are basically saying 'you can only return your item if you haven't seen what you have purchased'... knowing that they have got a lot of sales from the exclusive signed item but if you open it find out it's fake then it is non-refundable and non-returnable.... a bit like a 'Schrödinger's Snoop Doggy Dogg signed art card'.....

While I love the usps 'angle', I know that my shipment came via UPS and I see some others mentioning UPS as well....so unless some of the other shipments went via USPS...unfortunately, that USPS approach (of challenging universal/interscope for sending fakes via united states postal service) won't work in this instance. But a great idea to keep in mind for future 'fakes' if shipped via usps

Mine came via USPS. I informed them that I was going to file complaints with the CA AG, FTC, and USPS. They did not care as they said they’ve verified these were signed by the artist lol.
