It's not real IMO. Probably the German forger that Roger Epperson discovered.

I'm certain this was signed by Elvis friend and confidant Lamar Fike.

Mr. Fike accompanied Elvis to Germany in 1958 and is known to have singed MANY autographs on his behalf that look EXACTLY like this
