Mock-ups suggest signed cover for the UK on, insert for the US one. Though the UK one could very well be an insert as well.

are we sure these links are legit? its making me nervous that these arent listed on their US store. and the links are totally different. or is this normal?

The CD is listed in their main store. The Spotify vinyl likely isn't since there's supposed to be some degree of exclusivity for Spotify listeners.

Yeah, had a google and looks a bit like the signed Take That CD sleeve-things from Amazon last year. Bit odd why we're now reduced to getting the very outer-most packaging signed, but at less than half the price of the cheapest bundle on their store, I have no real complaints...
