Seeking valuation for a signed football — any experts here?

Hey everyone,

I recently came across a football that appears to have the signatures of the following players:

  1. Bart Starr

  2. Jim Taylor

  3. Manny Fernandez

  4. Chuck Bednarik

  5. Andy Robustelli

  6. Paul Warfield

  7. Jake Scott

  8. Bob Griese

  9. Gino Marchetti

  10. Jack Youngblood

The ball is in good condition but doesn’t have a certificate of authenticity. I’m not sure if these signatures are real or if the ball has any significant value.

If anyone has experience with this kind of memorabilia, I’d really appreciate any advice on how to verify the autographs and get an estimate of its potential value.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Those look to be all signed by the same hand to me.

The good news: I think the signatures would pass a tpa.

The bad news: The letter of authenticity would be prohibitively expensive relative to the value of this item.

Offered for what little it’s worth.

the signatures look good.  Larry Csonka is also on the ball.   Not sure of value, but there are some great players on that ball.

Thank you very much for your advice.

Do you think it would still be worth getting a certificate of authenticity?

Uphill with this contrast I think.

The signatures are definitely good.  Bart Starr is the only signature that would get a little more $.  The condition of the signatures and the ball prevent it from being worth much.
