Indeed a bit misleading on the page.

But from this supplier here it reads like it's signed by Joan Baez:

To those interested in the lp.  Try ACOUSTIC SOUNDS AS THEY WILL BE ONLY $40 if still available there - store.acousticsounds.com - as that is where i got mine recently.  It is signed by JOAN BAEZ but looks signed in pencil in the lower right corner.  The lp is from her book which i got a few years ago. I've enclosed photos.
