I ordered from HM the first time around and my LP cover was bent and coming apart in one corner.  I contacted them, advising my only options were to keep it or return it, as they had no more.  I decided to keep as I would not get back shipping nor, custom fees.  I emailed my feedback and their response was its not their responsibility, items are shipped as they are received.

That is good to know.  If an item arrives damaged like that for me (I ordered Freedom of Choice vinyl signed), I will contact them.  Then, if they refuse to do anything about it, I will email them I will be filing a chargeback with my card company AND will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

But here's hoping that my signed vinyl arrives in excellent shape!

If I hadn't just blown my monthly budget, I absolutely would be picking up New Traditionalists. "Going Under" is still one of my favorite tracks of all time.

Sometimes, I still feel like I'm "going through softcore mutation..."
