My TSL order just arrived. Haven't opened it yet. My post office will let me drop it back off as refused. Wondering if thats the best option for a charge back if TSL doesn't refund. Wondering if anyone is doing the same

Have you been in contact with TSL yet? I was going to refuse mine but it would probably complicate things unnecessarily. Theres too much backlash out there for them not to respond eventually. Chargeback should be easy if it comes to it. This really bites. They still haven't responded to my previous emails but ill stay patient at least for a little while longer

We are in this together. Ill give them time before taking more action. You did what you had to and your request is in within their time frame. They may be waiting for a response from Hillarys team before they can make a decision and respond to everyone.
If they are smart, they will provide refunds for whoever asks to keep this from escalating any further

That would presuppose they care. They have your money (interest free loan); this is obviously not an "accident" - someone deliberately signed those templates.

True but TSL wouldnt knowing want this hassle unless everyone is in on this as some weird form of a marketing tactic. TSL is just a 3rd party making deals.. regardless, if returns arnt accepted / refunds made, I won't stop but it still requires a combined effort. Im pissed off now that something like this is still happening after all we have been through with other celebrities.

I bought mine from her website and it came with two different autopens. I contacted them this past Satuarday to complain and got this yesterday.
