Ringo Autograph

I'm a new collector and saw this on University Auctions. The auction's tomorrow and it's only at $300 (for now). It has a COA from John Reznikoff so I know it's real. What would be a reasonable amount to bid for it? (what's the value as auction estimates are frequently low)? Thanks!

400-500 is the most I'd pay for this due to it being on a CD cover instead of an album.
