Pop Culture Signatures, Autograph Central, Autographs America & Guaranteed Autographs

Has anyone checked out all the fakes on these websites, www.popculturesignatures.com, www.autographcentral.net, www.autographsamerica.com and www.guaranteedautographs.com? Everything on their websites for sale are forgeries, very bad ones. Check out Pop Culture Signatures, very laughable. More laughable is Autograph Central, another crook. The worst I say is Autographs America. On more than one occasion he had a new guitar with the Rolling Stones signatures on it including Brian Jones. And he has Jimi Hendrix autographs signed in silver paint pen

Guaranteed Autographs is a better forger but stupid. I caught him selling a signed Jaws poster, signed by the late Robert Shaw, and the Robert Shaw signature on the Jaws poster was the signature (forged) of the composer Robert Shaw. He forged the wrong Robert Shaw. He has a forged Hendrix Bold as Love lp also, again...everything he has on his site is forged

I can't understand how they continue to operate and sell forgeries.

I hope someone does something to get these crooked dealers (and there are much more than these 4 idiots) off the internet and banned from selling any of their forged garbage, and their current inventory should be taken and destroyed, and they should be arrested.

The same goes with eBay. The forgers have a new thing...they make photocopies of forged albums, from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Canned Heat, The Dpors, Moby Grape...the list goes on. They sell them for 6 dollars, and ebay lets this happen. Just type in Jimi Hendrix signed, and you will see what I am talking about.

If anyone has purchased anything from these 4 dealers, they are fakes.

Lets hope they disappear sooner than later.

What a great discussion. I am very concerned about these dealers as well. Why don't you post links to some of the items you've mentioned?

I'm a bit jammed right now, but I'll add more input later. Good job!

Everything on their websites are forged, their are other websites such as starmarks,i caught them trying to sell a beggars banquet american press lp signed by the stones w/brian jones, totally fake..i have only seen one beggars banquet signed with brian jones and it was a uk release and it was signed at olympic studios in feb of 1969 during one of brians few appearences for the let it bleed sessions.

As far as ebay, anyone can just type in under search  jimi hendrix signed, moby grape signed, canned heat signed, the doors signed  etc etc,and they will see many photo copies of forged album covers.

pop culture signatures has many laughable forges such as  jimi hendrix signing jimi james, pink floyd albums such as a nice pair signed by syd barrett and david gilmour, everything is fake

bryan slavens autograph central is another joke, check out his section"strips"  he has everything from the beatles to hendrix to buddy holly(just like pop culture) and they are all forged

autographs america is just too laughable to even mention, deceased people signing 20/30/40 years after they died

the list goes on and on

Other known forgery sites who offer what many feel are 100% fake autographs include:

AmericanRoyalArts.com

AutographCentral.net

AutographsAmerica.com

AutographStore.com

EverythingCollectible.com

ForeverLegends.com

Hardrockstageproductions.com

Irocknroll.com

Millionairememorabilia.com

Neautograph.com

Rockingems.com

Rockstargallery.net

SignedRock.com

SpotlightGuitars.com

Starmarks.com
StarStruckSignatures.com

Elite Productions and Legacy Collection who post on craigslist and other online posting for sale venues to sell dual certified fake guitars.  They recently switched their name to another 2 company names. I don’t recall what that was but again, the same scam.  A COA with a letter of appraisal from a fake appraisal company accompany the fake autographs.  Most notably are all the top name signed guitars such as Rolling Stones, Eric Clapton, Led Zeppelin, etc.

If you have purchased autographs from any of these dealers, please go here: http://live.autographmagazine.com/profiles/blogs/what-to-do-if-you-...

should be starmarks.net not .com which brings an interesting point to mind.  Has anyone found a REAL autograph dealer who uses strictly a .net web address?

autographsale.net seems to be a authentic dealer, thanks for pointing out and mentioning all the other websites that sell forges,i only deal with a few dealers and they are..Roger Epperson,Jeff Gold,Tracks UK,Brandes,Memorabilia UK ,RR Auction  there are a few others.

I mentioned Popculturesignatures awhile ago.People are still buying his garbage on Ioffer.com,but it seems outside of a blog or two on this fraudulent seller noone really cares. http://live.autographmagazine.com/profiles/blog/list?user=1a0dl7t9e...

It's nice to point it out on here, but the ones who are deep into the hobby aren't generally the ones being duped.

Thanks for these lists we should make a thumbs up and thumbs down dealers list more promenant on the site.

Does anyone know about the authenticity of these dealers ? I have bought a few things from them in the past !

MSPS REALGRAPHS LTD

Dave's Collectibles (David G. Collins, Jr)

Thanks,

Anyone know about msps?

http://myworld.ebay.co.uk/beautiful_daze/

- ebayer (beautiful_daze) said he worked for the music press where he got all his signatures.

Got my doubts about this seller... ACDC - (with Bon Scott) Gold pen 1978 (!) , rolling stones, has previously had Freddie Mercury,  Rush (3 Items fully signed), Marc Bolan and Frank Sinatra.

What do you think ? Try Link above to see Items currently on sale.

A

Excuse me for the late reply (I see your post is one year old).

Yeah, eBay seller Beautiful_daze used to be a great scammer and forger. Any single piece he had for sale (including the Freddie Mercury you were talking about, the Great Pretender "signed" copy attached here, I guess) was an horrible fake.

If he was working in the music industry then I'm Freddie in person... He was a crook of the worst kind, the ones that not only try to steal from you but also try to show integrity, fairness etc.

If you ask me, he should be sentenced to 15 years. Fortunately he doesn't operate on eBay nomore, but he reached 4700 feedbacks before leaving... The same for Pop Culture Signatures, Autograph Central, Autographs America and Guaranteed Autographs, scumbags of the first division. We need a new Operation Bullpen, I guess...

Cheers!
