John Wayne Signatures

Hi all first time on here.  I picked up a John Wayne signature from an easte clerance recently and its not my area of expertise.  I have compared it to a few examplars I have and came to the conclusion its a secretarial signing, I'm looking for a second opinion if someone can help.

Good point looked for heavy impressions  there was none and it has areas where there is lift as in handwritten thats why I thought of the secretary

Yes, something very unnatural about that signature.

He had a lot of variants the O and W seem to be the same as my exaplars but lacking in the one I have, do you know what date your signature is?
